The room, on record.
Who sat, when, and which product lines this codex governs — 670 SKUs under one signature. Prefilled before the sitting; edited live; it autosaves while the room talks.

Ninety minutes with the founder. Ten questions. The answers become decision rules every engine obeys — casting, palette, light, pose, copy. Not a mood board, not a 40-page PDF nobody opens. A constitution, signed and versioned.
No one decides to go off-brand. It happens one reasonable compromise at a time — a warmer filter here, a younger model there, a holiday banner in a color you'd never wear. Each decision is two degrees off. A hundred decisions later, your customer can't say what changed. Only that she stopped feeling it.
EVERY UNGUARDED REPRODUCTION LOSES FIDELITY. FLIP THE SWITCH.
Not a survey — an interrogation of taste. We arrive prefilled with our working read of the brand; the founder corrects the record live. What survives the room is law.
Who, exactly, is your customer?
Not a demographic — a person. The engine casts, poses and writes against her, forever.
DRIVES — CASTING + COPYHOVER TO BROWSE · CLICK TO PINGuidelines die in shared drives. The Codex is software — thirteen chapters, prefilled before the sitting, edited live while the founder talks, locked section by section. Below: a real one, opened for a womenswear house. Scroll through the chapters.

An age band the system cannot leave, and the descriptors that make her a person. Every casting, pose and grade downstream is computed against her — not a sample-size 25-year-old.

The full casting pool, face by face — tap to include, star to anchor. The customer-mirror rule keeps every selection in the mature band by default.

The destination-true set list. Studio white is banned from the ITALY collection outright — Italy must read as Italy, non-negotiable.

Front, three-quarter, profile, walking, seated — each pose typed to the register it serves. The line speaks in sentences it agreed to.

Light quality, source, time of day. Golden hour is reserved for villa and vineyard; coastal porches stay overcast or soft morning. Written down, so it survives everyone's memory.

R01: no model under 38. R05: golden hour reserved. Toggles, not suggestions — and beneath them the NEVER wall, where the embarrassments go to die.

One primary signal starred PROTECT AT ALL COSTS, targets on every other. Then sign-off — the founder locks it, and the codex becomes the governing substrate for every generation after.

When the room agrees, the founder signs and the Codex locks. From that moment, every generation — every frame, send and caption — is judged against it before it ships.
Change your mind? Good. Taste evolves. But it evolves by amendment — versioned, dated, signed — never by drift.
